Our Signature Event is for the couple that wants a 3 day celebration in Maine. From Friday adventures, to rehearsal dinner, full service on the wedding day Saturday, after party and brunch on Sunday.
No matter where you choose to get married, from Kittery to Kennebunk, Boothbay Harbor to Camden, Portland to the Casco Bay Islands. We will arrange the fun.
Due to the extensive planning and time commitment on signature events, we only take a limited number.
DMW Signature Events Planning includes:
- Unlimited Phone, Email and Face to Face Consultations
- Venue, Vendor Suggestions and Attendance at all meetings//Budget Planning//Coordination and Direction of Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony and Reception
- Hotel Room Block Coordination
- Design Wedding Day Timeline for Wedding Party and Vendors
- Spa, Makeup and Hair Coordination
- Transportation for Wedding Party and Out of Town Guests
- Contact Vendors to confirm final details//Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors on your behalf
- Secure all gifts and personal items at end of event
- Full direction of day of Wedding
- Plan any pre or Post Wedding Events for you guests//Any other details you may need from us
Six Weeks Out

Direction/Decor/Event Management
Six weeks out is for the couple that wants to be hands on in the vendor and [planning phase. We will guide you through the process and take the reigns over before your bid day. We want you to enjoy the last 6 weeks of your engagement to the fullest.
Six Weeks Out Includes:
- Phone, Email and Face to 2 Planning Consultations
- Review of all vendor contracts//Coordination and Direction of Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremnony and Reception
- Timeline for all Vendors and Wedding Party
- Vendor Conformations
- Checklist of all logistics
- Day of Management of Vendors
- Distribution all final payments on your behalf
- Full day Coordination and Management on your special day
- Secure all gifts and personal items at end of event
Down the Aisle
Starts at $2400
Event Management and Production
Often known as day of or month coordination .Our production and management package allows you to be a guest on your wedding day. Just leave the details to us. Our team is there to create timelines, direct the vendors and help the entire day run flawless.
Down the Aisle includes:
- Txt, Email and Planning meeting
- Vendor conformation
- Timeline for Wedding Party and Vendors
- Rehearsal Coordination and Direction
- Distribution of final payments to Vendors
- Full Day of Management and Coordination
- Secure all personal and gifts at end of event
Ceremonies Only
When we officiate your wedding ceremony, you can expect me to provide any or all of these services needed, with a personal approach that’s hard to find in a Notary Public:
Meet with you twice to prepare an individual ceremony that will touch the hearts of your family and friends.
Prepare and customize your ceremony (this includes sending you dozens of ceremonies and vows to choose from; just pick from column A and column B to begin customizing. We will also encourage you to add something you’d like to say to each other: a poem, personal statement or other statement.
- Help you obtain and file your marriage license.
- Provide the two required witnesses you’ll need.
- Appreciate multi-cultural and multi-ethnic traditions.
- Confirm how you’d like to be introduced the first time as a married couple.
- Go to wherever you are for the ceremony (even inside South Portland’s Bug Light lighthouse or by the shores of Bar Harbor!).
- Suggest venues, soloists and musicians.
Please note that most people schedule their wedding ceremonies in the late afternoon, with an evening reception. You’ll want to keep this in mind when planning your wedding date.
Our fee for providing the above services: $400* This includes travel to/from the ceremony. All other meetings are held in the Portland area.
Rehearsal add-on: $100 + travel* If you’d like us to schedule and direct a rehearsal (highly recommended!), this additional fee applies.
* Travel is included in the Greater Portland area. Please inquire about our mileage rates in the Bar Harbor and Boothbay Harbor areas.
