Maine is full of romantic places to get married; miles of beautiful coastline, National Parks, lighthouses, fields and lakes. A sailboat at sunset, perhaps on the rocks of an Island in Casco Bay, a pier at sunrise.
We are seeing a trend in elopements over the past few years. Couples come by themselves, or sometimes with a few friends or family members and keep it stress free.
Stress free does not mean your typical “City Hall in front of a judge you never met before wedding”. As an officiant, I will write a ceremony that tells your love story. As a planner I will help you create a day of memories.
These elopements are elegant, on the beach or at a park with a table for 2, 4 or 6. A personal chef to cook up your dinner, serve your champagne, while a photographer captures the moments that tell your story. A cake, flowers, and music can all be a part of your special destination day.
